These terms apply to every purchase on sketchys.net. Sketchys is operated by SKETCHYS ART – HALİL BAŞPINAR, Mevlana Mah. Umut Cad. No:26/30 Talas, Kayseri / Türkiye ("Sketchys", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What we sell
Ready-made digital art files, personalised digital artwork made from your photos or story, and physical art prints produced on demand by our print partners. Each product page says which type it is.
2. Digital licence
Digital files are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use: you may print them for your own home, office or as a gift. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files, or use them in products for sale.
3. Prices and currency
Prices may be displayed in USD, EUR or TRY based on your location. The amount and currency you will be charged are shown in the order summary before you pay. Sales tax, where applicable, is shown at checkout.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our bank (Garanti BBVA) with 3D Secure. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
5. Delivery
Digital files are available immediately after payment by email and in your account. Physical prints currently ship to addresses in the United States and Türkiye, and shipping is free: it is already included in the price. 6. Personalised artwork and your photos
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photos and content you send us. You keep all rights to them; you give us a limited licence to use them only to create, show you and deliver your artwork. We will not publish your artwork or photos without your permission.
Personalised orders include the revision rounds stated on the product page. Final artwork is delivered after you approve the proof.
7. Returns and refunds
See our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your state.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, images and text on this site belong to Sketchys or its licensors. Buying a print or file does not transfer copyright.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes and contact
